Annual Report 2024

In 2024, the company continued its expansion with, among other things, a newly opened office in Stenungsund. During the autumn, Consid acquired Aspire’s operations in Borlänge following negotiations with CombinedX, Aspire’s parent company. This resulted in a 150 per cent expansion for Consid in the Dalarna region.

For the fourth year in a row, Consid topped Universum’s prestigious ranking, based on employees’ own opinions and assessments. By focusing on employee satisfaction and development, Consid has succeeded in building a strong and inclusive corporate culture.

In the spring of 2024, Consid organised a parliamentary seminar together with Cyber Unit Technologies from Ukraine. The seminar addressed cybersecurity in light of the increasing number of Russian ransomware attacks, not least the attack on the Swedish company Tietoevry. Among the participants were Gustaf Göthberg (M), Markus Selin (S), and Peter Hellgren, Consid’s CEO and founder.

In 2024, the annual Consid gala was given a new name and concept – the Consid Awards! Around 2,000 of the company’s employees gathered across Europe for an evening of entertainment and celebration. With 12 simultaneous events taking place, the company looked back on a successful year and highlighted achievements and individuals who had made a particular impact on the digital arena in 2024.

Consid broke its sales record during the year. In June 2024, the company’s sales value in Sweden exceeded SEK 200 million for the first time in its history. The previous record stood at SEK 188 million.

At a gala evening in Berlin, Consid was awarded the title of Newcomer of the Year at the Swedish Enterprise Award in Germany. The prize was presented by the Swedish Chamber of Commerce together with Business Sweden and the Swedish Embassy, aiming to highlight the successful establishment of Swedish companies in the German market.

Consid made Swedish business history when the company received its eleventh Gazelle Award from Dagens Industri – a record never before achieved! The award has been presented by the business daily since 2000 to recognise Sweden’s fastest-growing companies.

For the ninth consecutive year, Consid was named one of Sweden’s 100 Career Companies. The award and Swedish quality mark are given to employers who demonstrate the highest possible standards in their work for employees.

Consid’s Head of Communications, Anna Edstedt, received the award for Employer Branding Role Model of the Year from Career Companies. Through her dedication and strategic mindset, she has successfully led Consid in fostering a strong sense of community and security that permeates the entire company.

In 2024, Consid’s co-founder and CEO, Peter Hellgren, was named CEO of the Year in the IT sector by the international Globee Awards. At the same time, Consid’s podcast, Digitala influencer-podden, was awarded Podcast of the Year in the IT sector.
