Consid a top favorite when young people choose future employers

IT and communication company Consid once again tops the list when Career Companies (Karriärföretag) selects Young Professionals 2023. The award is based on a survey in which 3,986 young adults participated in a vote regarding their choice of future employers.

– It’s incredibly exciting to once again be a favorite among Young Professionals. We place great importance on creating a corporate culture where our employees can thrive, and this is a great confirmation that what we do is appreciated, says Peter Hellgren, CEO of Consid.

Career Companies (Karriärföretag) conducted a vote among 3,986 Young Professionals through their career network from May to July 2023, asking which of the companies designated as Career Companies 2023 are the most attractive and exciting employers.

In the IT category, Consid tops the list in second place, following Trafikverket in first place.

– Last year, Consid was in fourth place, and now being even higher on the list is, of course, incredibly honorable. We try to do our best to be a role model and guide young people into the workforce, says Peter Hellgren.

The individuals who participated in the Young Professionals vote are all between 25 and 35 years old, have obtained an academic degree in the past one to eight years, and have started their professional careers.
