Consid Brand Agency Paradigm Named as one of Swedens Best by the Customers
For the past eight years, the branding agency Paradigm has subscribed to the finest denominations when Regi appoints the best agencies of the year. The position as one of Sweden's leading agencies was consolidated with another podium place in this year's edition.
– It’s fantastic fun and something that everyone at the company should take credit for. We have done it together, deal by deal and case by case. The special thing about Agency of the Year is that it is voted for by customers. Their trust and vote gives us a lot, says Cecilia Backenfall, Client Director at Paradigm.
The Agency of the Year prize is awarded by the company Regi, and is based on an industry and customer study. The study is carried out in collaboration with the Swedish Marketing Association, SWEDMA, Swedish PR, SES and Dagens Opinion. All in all, around 250 agencies are evaluated annually by 2,000 communication buyers. The Consid agency Paradigm has been on the podium for the last eight years, and did so for the 2024 award in the category brand and design 5-20 million SEK.
– We have the third highest customer satisfaction in our segment, of course you always want to win. This tells us that we are doing a lot right, but at the same time that we can be better, says Jonas Ydkvist, CEO of Paradigm.
The branding agency Paradigm was founded in 2008. Since then, the company has built a strong foundation to stand on with
one of the market’s sharpest offerings. For almost five years now, Paradigm has been part of the Consid Group.
