Consid Could Be Sweden’s Employer Branding Company of the Year

Consid has previously won this award, most recently in 2021. This year, they have the chance to do so again. The motivation behind the nomination reads:

“We are highly inspired by Consid’s efforts and the strong employer brand they have built. Consid provides many career and development opportunities within the company, which clearly attracts young talents. Through a variety of activities, they have established a very strong position within the IT industry. Karriärföretagen hereby nominates Consid for ‘Employer Branding Company of the Year (IT)’.”

Consid has previously been recognized as a Karriärföretag (Career Company) for eight consecutive years. This award, along with the Swedish quality stamp, is given to employers who demonstrate the highest possible quality in their work for their employees. Consid has received this distinction and has been acknowledged as one of Sweden’s top 100 career companies for eight consecutive years.

Since 2011, Karriärföretagen has annually unveiled Sweden’s most attractive employers. Employers and key individuals who have distinguished themselves among this year’s Career Companies are nominated for various award categories. The winners in each category will be announced during the Grand Career Day at Berns Salonger on October 4th.
