Consid enters strategic partnership with Future Collars in Poland
Consid and Future Collars initiate a strategic partnership to strengthen IT talent development in Poland and promote gender diversity in the tech industry.


Consid has long been at the forefront of promoting gender equality in the IT sector in Sweden. Through the Q by Consid initiative, this mission has also become an integral part of the company’s international expansion. Now, a strategic partnership with Future Collars in Poland is being established to ensure continued access to highly skilled IT professionals and to foster greater diversity in the industry.
– There is a significant demand for IT specialists, and we want to actively contribute to enabling more individuals to enter the field. Through our collaboration with Future Collars, we gain access to a strong talent pool while supporting an organization that drives the gender equality agenda forward, says Julia Kowalska, Head of Operations & Talent Acquisition at Consid Poland.
Future Collars is an innovative educational platform offering remote IT courses and digital skills training. Programs include business analytics, Business Intelligence, and Python development, combining theoretical knowledge with practical application and mentorship from industry experts. Flexible online courses allow participants to study on their own terms, while career workshops and LinkedIn coaching prepare them for the international job market.
Since its inception, Future Collars has trained over 5,000 individuals, 67 percent of whom are women. Approximately 90 percent of graduates have secured employment in their respective fields.
