Consid Expands – Over a Thousand Square Meters in Central Gothenburg

IT and communications company Consid is expanding in Gothenburg. Starting in the autumn of 2023, Consid will occupy 1053 square meters of the grand property at the intersection of Vasagatan and Avenyn.

– It will be one of our most exclusive and elegant offices. We will have access in late autumn and will be fully moved in shortly thereafter. In total, it will accommodate 30 to 40 new office spaces, says Carl Hagberg, Regional Manager for Consid in the West region.

Consid began its journey in Gothenburg in 2003. 20 years later, the company is one of Gothenburg’s strongest in IT, digitalization, and communication. In 2016, they moved from Mölndalsgatan to Gothenburg’s main artery, Avenyn. However, the current office space of 550 square meters has become too small.

– We have experienced significant growth in Gothenburg in recent years and have simply outgrown our current premises. What we are doing now is adding an additional 500 square meters. It feels like an important step for us and will be fantastic, says Caterina Franceschi, Office Manager at Consid in Gothenburg.

The contract was signed in early June, and the move will take place after the summer. Before that, the new premises will undergo extensive renovation and a “Considification.”

– All our offices have a special vibe. When you step into a Consid office, we want it to be a ‘wow’ feeling. Visually, it should be a blend of an office and a homely atmosphere with a distinct design expression. In addition to the visual aspects, we need to install new ventilation and make adjustments to some rooms to fully unlock their potential, says Carl Hagberg.
