Consid hosts their first Danish Q Meet in collaboration with CinderCat Games

As part of the gender equality initiative Q by Consid, Consid in Copenhagen is hosting their first Q Meet on April 4th in collaboration with CinderCat Games.

– It has been a priority for us from the start to get Q by Consid started up in Denmark, and we are very happy to work with CinderCat Games for our first event. It gives us the opportunity to start a dialog about being a woman in an IT related startup and at the same time inspire other young women and nonbinary people, says Michael Lund-Andersen, CEO of Consid in Denmark.

The first activity organized by Q by Consid is a Q meet, where Thea Bjerregaard, Producer and Co-Owner of CinderCat Games, gives a lecture on being a young entrepreneur and working in the gaming industry as a woman.

The event will take place at Consid’s office in the heart of Copenhagen close to the iconic Tivoli Gardens, and as a new feature, it will also be streamed online.

– We want to make it possible to participate in the event even if you can’t be present in Copenhagen. The whole concept is about being inclusive and creating an open space for role models in the industry, so of course we should be able to accommodate those who live in other parts of the country, says Mathilde Bøgelund Harayama, Marketing Coordinator and local representative for Q by Consid in Denmark.
