Consid is Making a Big Investment in SAP – 500 Percent Growth
In 2025, Consid in the Central Region is making a major investment in SAP, one of the world's leading business systems. With a clear demand from the market, the company sees a great opportunity to expand in this area and plans to recruit at least 20 new employees during the year.
SAP is a German business system used by companies and organizations worldwide to manage everything from finance and logistics to HR and customer relations.

In recent months, Consid has seen increased interest from both customers and potential employees. Since the beginning of the year, the SAP division in the Central Region has grown by 500 percent. The region includes the cities of Karlstad, Örebro, Västerås, Eskilstuna, and Borlänge.

A key driver behind Consid’s initiative is the ongoing technological transformation within SAP. Many companies and organizations are facing a transition where older versions of the system are being replaced with the modern S/4 HANA platform. According to Christoffer Nilsson, this is a critical change for many customers, requiring both strategic planning and technical expertise.
– Many companies and organizations are undergoing major transformation projects or will be doing so soon, making the leading roles we offer crucial and central to our customers’ digitalization and operations.
A clear sign that Consid’s investment is well-timed is that many experienced SAP specialists are actively seeking out the company. Many of them have extensive industry experience and see the opportunity to help build a business from the ground up as an attractive challenge.
