Consid is Sweden’s Best Employer – the third year in a row
For the third year in a row, Consid has been named Sweden's Best Employer by Universum. The survey includes over a thousand companies and spans across 60 industries.
“Being named Sweden’s Best Employer for three consecutive years is an honor and a success that we are incredibly proud of. It demonstrates that our strategy of investing in both people and sustainability yields results. When a company focuses on employee well-being and creating a positive work environment, it’s not only beneficial for the employees but also a driving force for innovation and growth. Being the best is about more than just results – it’s about creating a meaningful and sustainable workplace for everyone”, says Peter Hellgren, CEO of Consid.
Sweden’s Best Employer, organized by the employer branding company Universum, is an annual survey conducted among employees of companies, revealing how they assess their current employer based on three factors:
• Internal identity: how well employees believe their employer delivers in terms of the employer’s reputation and image, job characteristics, people and culture, as well as compensation and advancement opportunities.
• Satisfaction/recommendation: how satisfied employees are from an overall perspective and how likely they are to recommend the employer to friends.
• Loyalty: how likely employees are to stay with their current employer. According to the survey, Consid’s employees are proud to work for the company and are happy to recommend the workplace to friends.
“The survey highlights our employees’ appreciation for our genuine commitment to their professional growth. Consequently, it fosters a workplace culture driven by passion and dedication. Our employees take pride in being part of a company that not only provides exciting challenges but also prioritizes sustainability at the core of its operations. This serves as a profound validation of our achievements,” expressed Henrik Sandell, one of the co-founders of Consid.
In second place was the company Praktikertjänst, and in third place was Sabis. Large companies like IKEA, AstraZeneca, and Tetra Pak were all part of the survey.
