Consid Named Sweden’s Best Employer – For the Fourth Year in a Row
For the fourth consecutive year, the IT company Consid has topped Universum's prestigious ranking, based on employees' opinions and evaluations. By prioritizing employee well-being and professional development, the company has built a strong and inclusive workplace culture.
Consid has once again claimed the title of Sweden’s Best Employer, an award given by employer branding firm Universum. The award, based on employees’ own experiences with their employer, is a testament to Consid’s success in supporting its people and workplace environment.
– It’s fantastic! We are extremely proud and grateful to have employees who not only enjoy their work but also recommend us as a workplace. It’s a clear sign that we’re on the right path, and our efforts to foster engagement and loyalty are being appreciated, says Anita Beslic, Head of HR and Recruitment at Consid.
The survey is conducted among employees within each organization and reveals how they rate their current employer across three perspectives:
- Internal identity (associations with their employer)
- Satisfaction and recommendation
- Loyalty
The results are based on responses from 16,000 employees across companies in Sweden with more than 600 staff members.
– Being named Sweden’s Best Employer, not just once but four years in a row, is a fantastic acknowledgment from our employees. It shows that our strategy to build a strong, inclusive culture where each employee feels valued and has opportunities for growth is truly effective, says Peter Hellgren, CEO of Consid.
Consid has long been active in employer branding to support its employees and attract new talent within the tech industry, where the competition for skilled professionals is intense. In the survey, there are several large and well-established companies, such as IKEA, Handelsbanken, and Volvo Group.
The second place went to Forenede Care, followed by Sigma Technology Group in third.
