Consid nominated “Career Company of the Year”

Consid, Sweden’s leading IT and communications company, is nominated for “Career Company of the Year”.  The reasoning reads that Consid is “The perfect employer for young talent.”

– This is yet another proof that what we are doing works. Ever since we started the company, 22 years ago, the goal has been to create a workplace that we, ourselves want to work for, and that quality-conscious customers want to work with. As an employee, you should both be challenged and to be able to find balance in life, says Peter Hellgren, CEO, and founder of Consid.

Karriärföretagen has since 2011, appointed companies, organizations, and authorities that offer the best career opportunities for students and newly graduated talents. Each year around 1,000 candidates meet the basic criteria regarding the number of employees, turnover, ongoing recruitment, and stand out as a good employer. These actors have then been reviewed by a panel of experts who, among other things, rate career pages on the web, their presence on social media, and their attractiveness as an employer. In the final selection step, a jury selects 100 companies that will become “Career Company of the Year.”

Eight years in a row, Consid has become a Career Company, this year, Consid is also nominated for the prestigious “Career Company of the Year” in the IT category.

The reasoning reads:

“Consid stands out with its warm corporate culture that both impresses and inspires. Great job satisfaction is offered, which is proof of solid employer branding work. Consid is the perfect employer for young talents who want a secure and exciting career. With many initiatives to create an attractive workplace, Consid is hereby nominated for the Career Company of the Year 2022 award.”

The winners will be presented on October 5 during the Great Career Day.
