Consid Secures Framework Agreement with Kammarkollegiet
Tech consultancy firm Consid has secured a major new framework agreement with Kammarkollegiet, one of the Swedish government’s central procurement agencies. The contract covers consultancy services in IT governance, cybersecurity, architecture and development, as well as IT project management. The total contract volume is estimated at SEK 1.4 billion over four years.

– This is a strategically important agreement for us. Kammarkollegiet’s renewed trust in Consid is a strong endorsement of our expertise and broad offering in digitalisation and IT, says Jacob Ahlström, Senior Bid Manager at Consid.
Kammarkollegiet plays a key role in Sweden’s public administration, overseeing state procurement, asset management, and legal services. The procurement process imposes stringent requirements on suppliers, demanding both technical excellence and a deep understanding of business operations.
– Being part of Kammarkollegiet’s extensive digitalization efforts is both a great responsibility and an opportunity to contribute to a more efficient, secure, and innovative public sector. The procurement criteria require suppliers to demonstrate expertise in everything from technical development to strategic advisory services. We are proud that Consid has once again proven its capability to meet these demands, says Jacob Ahlström.
Despite economic headwinds, Consid has shown continued financial growth in recent years. CEO Peter Hellgren highlights the company’s strengthened position within the public sector as a key driver. The framework agreement is nationwide, and Consid is one of nine suppliers awarded a spot in this prestigious procurement process. With a combination of breadth and deep expertise, Consid stands out as a key player.
– We are thrilled to continue supporting the digitalization of the public sector. It’s no secret that we have always placed great value on our agreements with public entities. We are incredibly grateful that Kammarkollegiet recognizes the value of working with us for the next four years, says Peter Hellgren, CEO of Consid.
The agreement is the second that Consid has secured with Kammarkollegiet in the past three years. The newly signed framework agreement has a maximum term of four years and a ceiling value of SEK 1.4 billion.
