Consid Thrives in Southern Sweden – 25 Percent in Revenue Growth

Despite a sluggish market in recent years, Consid’s southern Sweden division has defied the economic downturn.

– Many local industry colleagues have struggled, but Consid in Region South emerged from 2024 strong, with a 25% revenue growth, says Peter Elgåker, Regional Manager at Consid.

A key factor in the region’s success has been a strong collaboration across the strait with Consid’s office in Copenhagen, as well as securing several large cross-border clients in combination with an expanded sales team. Peter Elgåker remains optimistic about the prospects for 2025.

– 2025 has started strong, and I hope to see a continued economic recovery throughout the year. This year, we will focus on strengthening our relationships with the region’s major consulting buyers and supporting our offices in Copenhagen and Hamburg with international deliveries. Additionally, I am eager to see how our offices in Lund and Trelleborg develop, as both appointed new office managers in 2024, says Peter Elgåker.

Victoria Daya stepped up as the new office manager at Consid’s Lund office in the fall of 2024, nearly simultaneously with Christian Wremert taking over as office manager in Trelleborg.

– One of the reasons I love my job so much is that, for the first time in my career, I have the opportunity to leverage all the different experiences I have gathered over the years. This is both due to the way the role is designed and because Consid as a company provides the space for it. It offers great variety, and it is never boring, says Victoria Daya.

New to Consid, Victoria Daya brings extensive experience from the consulting industry, gained from her previous employers. In her first six months, she has already contributed insights and expertise, particularly in web and e-commerce, where she has a strong background. Now, she looks forward to further developing Consid’s presence in Lund.

– Lund, as an office and part of Region South, has enormous potential with plenty to build upon. My vision is to continue ‘digging where we stand’ while also daring to take larger strides. We aim to grow with more colleagues, more clients, and new ways to develop our business model. Everyone is needed to achieve our goals, and it requires engagement from the entire office, where everyone can contribute in their own way, says Victoria Daya.

Christian Wremert, on the other hand, is a Consid veteran with nearly eight years at the company. He has now transitioned from developer and architect to taking on the responsibility of office manager in Trelleborg.

– It feels inspiring, motivating, and natural to take over as office manager in Trelleborg. It’s an amazing team here, and I look forward to continuing to strengthen our presence in the region and, most importantly, creating a workplace where both well-being and quality are at the forefront, says Christian Wremert.
