Consid Wins Four-Year Contract with The Swedish Transport Agency
IT-företaget Consid har tagit hem ytterligare ett ramavtal med offentlig sektor. Avtalet sträcker sig över de kommande fyra åren och har en takvolym på 275 miljoner kronor.
The IT company Consid has secured another framework agreement with the public sector. The contract spans the next four years and has a cap volume of 275 million SEK.
The period for The Swedish Transport Agency’s IT procurement recently ended. In the procurement, the agency sought consulting services for the development and management of the road and railway system. Consid was awarded the contract as the sole supplier.
– “It’s fantastic that we get the chance to show what we can do. We already provide services to The Swedish Transport Agency in several locations across Sweden, and we look forward to deepening the collaboration even further,” says David Svensson, Key Account Manager at Consid.
The public sector has always been a key pillar of Consid’s business model. Over the past year, a major initiative has been launched where collaborations and agreements with public actors are highlighted as a central part of building tomorrow’s Consid. The contract with The Swedish Transport Agency primarily involves two locations in Consid’s central region: Örebro and Borlänge.
– “We will deliver consultants in development, testing, and requirements for The Swedish Transport Agency’s IT development and management in Örebro and Borlänge. It’s exciting that we are solely responsible for the entire project and are the only company awarded in the procurement,” says Christoffer Nilsson, head of Consid’s central region, where the delivery will be carried out.
In the procurement process, Consid demonstrated that through its extensive experience of working with public sector clients, it has developed highly effective processes and routines that are appreciated by the clients. Consid showed how it successfully manages similar projects today, benefiting all parties involved, and how it will handle this delivery in the best possible way.
