The IT Company’s Internal Education Program in Finals
With over 1,000 participants and high ratings in 2024, Consid's internal education program has demonstrated significant success in professional development. The initiative has positioned Consid as one of four finalists for the Swedish Education Award in the "Achievement of the Year" category.

The “Achievement of the Year” category highlights an organization that has created value and a tangible positive impact for a company through learning.
– It’s incredibly rewarding that what we have built and are so proud of is also recognized as valuable by other education professionals in the industry. I am immensely proud of our internal education program and deeply grateful to work with all our amazing trainers who are passionate about sharing their knowledge, just as I am, says Charlotte Magnusson, Head of Education at Consid.
The award is presented by utbildning.se, part of Keystone Education Group, a market leader in education marketing. The jury consists of distinguished experts in professional development, including Mia Forsäng, Sales Director for Schools and Higher Education at Microsoft; Fredrik Elieson, Vice President at Volvo Group University; and Janne Wistén-Wramner, IT Business Development Specialist at the Confederation of Swedish Enterprise.
Consid launched its professional development initiative in 2019 with the establishment of the education company Excellerate. Two years later, the initiative expanded with an internal education program that quickly grew in scale. In its first year, the program offered 14 courses across seven subject areas, attracting nearly 200 participants. By 2024, it had expanded to 65 courses across 27 subjects, with over 1,000 participants.
– Our internal education program stands out because all our trainers are colleagues, all employees can take any course they want without restrictions, and all our courses are instructor-led to foster internal networking and knowledge sharing across our offices, says Charlotte Magnusson.
A 2024 course evaluation revealed an average satisfaction score of 3.62 out of 4, underlining the program’s quality and relevance.
The winner of the Swedish Education Award will be announced on March 12, 2025, in Stockholm.
