Consid’s relocation to new premises in Ljungby is making headlines in the local press.

Consid is moving into brand-new premises in central Ljungby. When the local newspaper Smålänningen visited to capture a portrait of the office, they described it as cozy, comfortable, and meticulously thought out.

– We’ve outgrown our old premises, and this new space is going to be perfect, says Christian Lüddeckens, CEO of Consid S5, based in Ljungby, to Smålänningen.

This marks the second time in a short while that Consid’s move to Dressinen in Ljungby has been covered in the local newspaper. Consid S5 has seen steady growth in recent years, expanding to 80 employees, which made the old premises too small—a problem that was addressed on Saturday when the moving trucks arrived. Consid occupies the second floor of the newly built office building Dressinen, naturally decorated in the true Consid style.

– It’s going to be a state-of-the-art office for the IT company, says Christian.

With bright colors and large windows, the office fits into the design and quality that Consid aims for in its offices.

– We wanted premises that are tailored to our way of working and that support the demands of a knowledge company that constantly needs to stay at the forefront, says Christian Lüddeckens.

Consid was a key player in getting approval for the property to begin construction, according to Joakim Karlsson, CEO of the real estate company Ljungbybostäder. The move to the centrally located office building is predicted to benefit the entire center of Ljungby, according to both business leaders.

– More people will take advantage of the restaurants’ offerings, and in all likelihood, new hires will also become new residents of Ljungby, they predict.
