ITWatch Presents Consid’s New Denmark Chief

Michael Lund Andersen started at Consid as a sales manager in Copenhagen. Now, he is taking the step up to oversee all of Consid’s operations in Denmark. The Danish industry website, ITWatch.dk, reported on this in a comprehensive article.

“It’s an extremely exciting task. Consid is thriving in Sweden, and that’s what I bought into,” says Michael Lund Andersen to ITWatch.

In the article, Consid’s new leader in the Danish capital shares plans for the future, new business ventures, and the imminent expansion of the Copenhagen office.

“Half of Consid’s operations in Sweden are based on public services, and we need to get started on that in Denmark as well. We’re in the process of setting up a procurement department and hope to have the first position filled before the new year,” says Michael Lund Andersen to ITWatch.

The goal before the end of the year is to double Consid’s workforce in Denmark, from 20 to 40. The next five years are crucial for establishing Consid as a significant player in the Danish IT market. Therefore, they believe in continued expansion with five offices in place before 2028.

Covering a larger area will create synergies in the market, according to Michael Lund Andersen.

“Our strategy of broader geographic presence in more locations in Denmark undoubtedly provides us with significant opportunities in the mid-sized market segment.”
