Next Level Academy – one of Sweden’s best trainee programs
For the fifth year in a row, Consid's Next Level Academy is on the podium as one of Sweden's best trainee programs. The award is part of Career Companies annual ranking, where Sweden's leading employers and trainee programs are highlighted. This is proof of Consid's commitment to supporting new graduates and equipping them for the labor market of the future.
During the period December 2024 – January 2025, the Career Companies’ student network has voted for the trainee program that they consider most attractive. The voting takes place in six different categories, Economists, IT, Social Scientists, Real Estate Agents, Civil Engineers and University Engineers where Consid won second place in the IT category.
– Winning the award for the fifth year in a row is an incredible achievement and a testament to our hard work to create a bridge between academia and working life. Our ambition is to help young talents not only get a career start but a really good one, says Peter Hellgren, CEO of Consid.
The award is presented by Career Companies, which annually reviews and evaluates companies and organizations in Sweden based on criteria such as employer brand, career opportunities and candidate attractiveness. Career Companies’ student network has been able to choose the three trainee programs that they find most attractive of all published trainee programs from Career Companies. This year, a total of 2,465 students participated where they had to choose from about 120 trainee programs. A special focus is placed on the quality and value for the participants in the trainee programs.

Next Level Academy is Consid’s trainee program aimed at new graduates who want to develop in system development, IT architecture, project management and UX design. The program extends over 1.5 years full-time and offers trainees a market-based salary and the same employment conditions as other employees. During the program, they work on exciting customer projects and combine both theoretical and practical training elements, giving participants a deep understanding of the industry and an opportunity to grow both professionally and personally.
