Next Level Academy – Sweden’s Best Trainee Program for the Third Consecutive Time

Next Level Academy has been recognized as one of Sweden’s premier trainee programs by the Karriärföretagens student network. This marks the third consecutive occasion that Consid has been voted as the favorite among Sweden’s trainee programs.

During the period from May to August, the Karriärföretagens student network conducted a survey to identify the ten most attractive trainee programs across four distinct categories. Next Level Academy secured second place in the IT category, thereby maintaining its status as one of Sweden’s most appealing trainee programs for the third consecutive survey.

A total of 2,127 students, representing Economics, IT, Civil Engineers, and Engineering students, participated in the survey. Respondents were asked to select their top three trainee programs among the 194 programs published by designated Karriärföretag.

The rationale for this survey was the inclusion of numerous new trainee programs among the designated Karriärföretag in 2023, which were not part of the previous year’s survey. In the IT category, Sopra Steria secured first place, with CGI following in third place.

The Next Level Academy trainee program spans 1.5 years on a full-time basis, with trainees being employed under the same conditions as other staff members, receiving a competitive market salary. The program comprises three main phases, with all courses encompassing both theoretical and practical components tailored by Consid’s experienced experts and educators. Throughout the program, trainees are engaged in exciting client projects and take on significant responsibilities within Consid’s service deliveries.
