<p><strong>On Monday evening, the Swedish Corporate Esports Championship (SCEC) kicks off, marking Sweden&#8217;s largest corporate esports tournament. A total of 80 teams will compete in CS:GO and Rocket League. The finals will take place on Thursday, with commentary provided by esports legends Jesper &#8220;kREATIV&#8221; Sedendahl and Robert &#8220;Lem0naZ&#8221; Fridström.</strong></p>
<p>– We are thrilled to see the immense interest in SCEC this year, with nearly 400 participants from around 80 corporate teams vying for the title of Sweden&#8217;s best CS:GO and Rocket League team. The level of competition is exceptionally high, and we are looking forward to many exciting matches and the final, says Joakim Andersson, project manager for SCEC 2023.</p>
<p>SCEC, also known as the Corporate Swedish Championship in esports, commences on Monday evening and is expected to be the biggest corporate esports tournament in Sweden to date. This year, the championship has expanded to include two games, Rocket League and Counter-Strike: Global Offensive. A total of 80 teams have registered, with close to 400 players set to participate in the tournament. The prize pool offers winnings worth 70,000 SEK.</p>
<p>Organized by Consid, all matches will be played online starting at 17:30 CET and can be followed on Consid&#8217;s Twitch channel, with the finals broadcasted live from the studio, featuring expert commentators Jesper &#8220;kREATIV&#8221; Sedendahl and Robert &#8220;Lem0naZ&#8221; Fridström. Both esports personalities have a long-standing career in esports, with Robert &#8220;Lem0naZ&#8221; Fridström being the founder and leader of Svenska Raketligan, the top league for Rocket League in Sweden, and Jesper &#8220;kREATIV&#8221; Sedendahl known for his commentary in the Swedish Elite Series of CS:GO.</p>
<p>– I am excited to see how the companies perform, and it&#8217;s also great to be a part of both Rocket League and CS:GO. May the best company win, says Jesper &#8220;kREATIV&#8221; Sedendahl.</p>
<p>In addition to the coveted SCEC trophy, a total prize pool of 70,000 SEK will be distributed among the top three teams in each game. The first prize in Rocket League is a generous 12,000 SEK in gift cards, while in CS:GO, teams have a chance to win 20,000 SEK in gift cards.</p>
<p>– The level of competition among this year&#8217;s players is incredibly high, and it will undoubtedly be a fierce battle for victory. We have taken SCEC to the next level, and it&#8217;s especially exciting to co-host this tournament with two of Sweden&#8217;s top esports personalities, says Joakim Andersson.</p>
<p>The tournament will follow a double elimination format, ensuring that each team plays at least two matches. Rocket League matches will be played in a best-of-three format until the finals, which will be best-of-five. CS:GO matches will be played on a single map in a best-of-one format, with the finals being best-of-three maps.</p>
