Consid Praised by Young People – One of Sweden’s Most Attractive Employers

Consid has once again ranked high on the list of popular employers among young adults in Sweden. The IT company is featured at the top of the list of the most attractive workplaces in IT, as well as for Civil Engineers.

Peter Hellgren, CEO of Consid.

– We are incredibly proud that the young people in Sweden continue to choose Consid as one of the most attractive employers. For 10 years, we have been at the top among IT companies, but to now also be ranked second among Civil Engineers is, of course, incredibly exciting. The award is a clear testament to our commitment to creating a dynamic, inclusive, and supportive workplace where young talents can grow, says Peter Hellgren, CEO of Consid.

Karriärföretagen conducts an annual survey among 22,000 students to identify the most attractive employers in Sweden in the categories: Economics, IT, Civil Engineers, University Engineers, Lawyers, Social Scientists, and Brokers.

For the past 10 years, Consid has been named a Karriärföretag and has been on the list of Sweden’s most attractive employers in IT. This year is the first time the company is also on the list for Civil Engineers.

In both the “IT 1–4 years” and “Civil Engineers 5–8” categories, Consid secured second place.

– A result like this motivates us to continue to develop and challenge ourselves to constantly improve. We want to provide the next generation of IT experts with the best opportunities to develop and truly make a difference, says Peter Hellgren.

Those who participated in the Young Professionals survey are between 25 and 35 years old, have obtained an academic degree in the past one to eight years, and have recently started their professional careers.
