Effective communication is crucial to success.

A strong company culture and innovative working method attracted Consid

On the main square in Malmö, surrounded by old and modern buildings, we open the doors to Consid where we meet Alexander Linder. With snowy rain behind us, we head into the warmth of the office. We sit down in one of the meeting rooms with its dim lighting, and with a hot cup of coffee in hand, we start our conversation with Alexander.

– What attracted me to Consid was their strong company culture and innovative way of working. Here I have the opportunity to work with some of the most interesting and challenging clients, while being part of a team that values creativity and collaboration. I also saw a great opportunity to grow and develop together with the company, which was very appealing, says Alexander.

His journey began at Malmö University where he received his bachelor’s degree in media, and since then Alexander has had several rewarding roles in the field due to his natural attraction to business development and customer relations. Alexander has, among other things, worked as an account manager and project manager before starting his role as KAM at Consid.

– In my current role, I am the strategic contact for our major customers in the Communications business area in southern Sweden. I’m responsible for understanding their needs and business objectives, then working with my great colleagues to create and deliver solutions that contribute to their success. In practice, this means a lot of client meetings, negotiations, and working with our internal teams to make everything work, he says, with an amused look.

Alexander thinks it is extremely important to create good relationships with both customers and employees. Qualities such as being responsive, transparent and consistent are high on Alexander’s list for being a good contractor and employee.

– It’s about creating a sense of security, both in customer relationships and in the team, where everyone knows that we are working towards the same goal and have respect for each other’s perspectives. Among other things, I want to help my colleagues develop through challenging projects.

Alexander has always had a drive to work with people and find creative solutions. He is particularly proud of the long-term client relationships he has built and nurtured over the years.

– It’s always a testament to a good partnership when clients return and we develop our relationship over time, Alexander says with a big smile.

Alexander’s colleagues would describe him as an engaged, responsive and solution-oriented person. He thrives in dynamic environments where he can grow together with his team and contribute to an innovative company culture. At Consid, he has found the perfect place to combine his interest in people, communication and business development. But what does he do to relax?

– I like to exercise, especially weight training as it is a good way for me to clear my head and recover. Then it’s spending time with friends and family that gives me a lot of security. And traveling when possible, to gain new perspectives and energy.

What does a communication services salesperson do?

Alexander also has a role as a communication services salesperson, selling creative solutions to help clients achieve their goals. He sees selling as a process of not only offering a service, but also helping clients find the right strategy to communicate their messages effectively to the right audience.

– Being a communication services salesperson is about combining an understanding of marketing and communication with the ability to present our creative services in a way that feels relevant and inspiring to the client. It’s about communicating how our solutions can strengthen their brand, engage their audience and achieve results. In practice, it means working on both strategy and creative ideas, and finding the best way for the client to communicate their messages in a way that makes a difference.

For him, it means understanding the client’s needs in depth and offering tailored solutions that really add value. Communication is everything to Alexander, whether it’s selling an idea to a customer or leading a team.

– Effective communication is crucial to success. Good communication builds trust, clarifies expectations and creates value, he says, leaning forward slightly.

Alexander’s keys to delivering great results

For Alexander, there are several key elements required to deliver high-quality services. With a focus on goals, adaptability and a consultative approach to client relationships, he creates long-term value.

– For me, it’s about setting clear goals, maintaining a high level of commitment and working systematically towards those goals. It’s about being flexible and adapting to change, and always having an open dialog with both clients and colleagues.

With a unique ability to create and maintain trusting relationships, Alexander stands out as a committed and reliable employee. He has a talent for understanding and communicating complex solutions in a way that makes customers feel safe and well taken care of.

– I always strive to be an advisor rather than a salesman to create a good relationship with the client where we can grow together and make their vision a reality.

Not being afraid to fail is also an important key to his success. Alexander is not afraid to face challenges, and with a clear focus on learning and development, he instead sees experiences as an opportunity to become even better.
