The team spirit in Umeå is permeated by Consid’s culture
We at Consid opened our doors in Umeå in the spring of 2023. However, we are already in the process of moving into new, larger premises. Chauqline Bredberg actively collaborates with her Consid colleagues to bring together the industry’s top expertise. The goal is to create long-term and sustainable value for some of the country’s leading companies.
– The most rewarding aspect of being part of the team in Umeå is precisely that – the team. I get to work with such fantastic people every day. Consid has truly succeeded in establishing a culture that is consistent throughout the entire company – whether it’s Consid employees from, for example, Luleå or Halmstad, says Chauqline Bredberg.
Right now, we are looking for new colleagues in Umeå in everything from system development to architecture. Chauqline mentions that, in addition to competence and knowledge in their respective areas, she values humility as a quality in IT consultants.

New Meeting Hub in Umeå and “Region of the Year” at the Consid Gala
Just like in other locations, Consid is growing rapidly in Umeå. Chauqline and her colleagues are eagerly looking forward to inaugurating our new meeting hub.
– We are all incredibly excited, and Mario Kart nights, board game nights, ping pong tournaments, a kids’ disco, and a housewarming party with everyone’s families have already been planned. I also look forward immensely to both spring and autumn 2024 when fantastic people join us, and our dream team grows. We can’t wait, shares Chauqline.
