Madeléne Gardbeck commenced her journey at Consid in 2017 in the realm of recruitment, subsequently transitioning to Consid’s sales department as a Key Account Manager and Team Lead.
– Consid doesn’t prescribe a set career path for everyone to follow. It is a company where one can evolve, and my move from one department, recruitment, to another, sales, attests to Consid’s commitment to investing in its employees and allowing us to develop in our professional roles, notes Madeléne.
Continuing, Madeléne expresses:
– Leaving Consid was therefore not an easy decision, and upon joining my then new employer, I quickly realized that the values of that company were not aligned with my own. I have always had tremendous professional pride in working at Consid – and it is crucial for me to experience that sentiment, shares Madeléne Gardbeck.

The role Madeléne is returning to does not differ significantly from her previous position at Consid. However, her customer focus will be broader, encompassing both public and private sector clients.
– I am looking forward to contributing to taking Stockholm’s sales division to the next level. Ensuring that we continue to perform the fantastic work we do but also consistently delving deeper to become even more insightful and precise, she adds.
Why do you consider Consid to be Sweden’s best employer?
– From my perspective, it’s about the fact that despite our size, there is always room for the individual. We know where we come from and value each individual. The sense of unity is strong, and it inspires one to contribute to Consid’s success story, concludes Madeléne Gardbeck.
