The New Sales Manager
Marcus Wendling opens the large wooden door to Consid’s office in Karlstad, greeting me with a broad smile. The office, designed in modern Consid style, exudes both professionalism and creativity. Our first stop is the coffee machine before we settle into one of the conference rooms in the newly built section of the office. Marcus may be new to Consid, but he is no stranger to the IT world.
– I’ve been working in IT and the digital sphere for almost 20 years, across various companies and roles. Leadership and sales have always been a common thread, he shares before continuing:
– What primarily attracted me to Consid was the company culture and core values, as well as the strong focus on organic growth, which aligns perfectly with my ambitions.
From his previous experiences, Marcus has learned the importance of always going the extra mile. By offering innovative solutions, it’s possible not only to streamline entire work processes but also to create new opportunities and added value for customers.
– In my role at Consid, I’m responsible for sales in the region containing Karlstad, Västerås, Eskilstuna, Borlänge and Örebro. This means that my team and I ensure, together with our customers – both new and long-standing – that we create the conditions for a better future through digitalization.
He adds:
– I’m looking forward to spending as much time as possible with our customers in the region and fostering a strong sales culture within Consid.
