Meet Christian Møller

– People say I am positive and easy-going. Friends and family say I am too positive and easy-going. To which I say: ‘Thank you!’ and smile. I am also very stubborn and competitive, which you will discover if we ever meet for a friendly game of practically anything.

– The holy trinity. I had a very memorable first interview with Carl Hagberg, CEO Consid Denmark, Martin Nygren, Head of International Recruitment, and Christoffer Thiel, Sales. It quickly became clear to me that Consid is a company where you are allowed to dream big, and if you work hard those dreams will come true.

– I really like to welcome new colleagues – luckily for me that seems to happen every single month. We are forming an energetic culture built on trust and compassion. And when I say compassion, I also mean honest, constructive feedback – in my opinion this is the way! Watching the team grow and seeing our culture flourish, is what I cherish and look forward to the most.

– I love to build products and services that are serious about their CX. I take pride in awesome graphics and animations, wholesome end-to-end customer journeys as well as tech standards and DevOps that leaves end users feeling impressed and properly cared for. If a user experience a serious bug and are kind enough to let us know about it, I will do everything in my power to turn that unfortunate experience into a good one by solving it as fast as possible.
