Our trainee program has been named the second most attractive trainee program in IT in Sweden, according to a survey conducted by Karriärföretagen, where the students themselves have spoken.
Start in August 2023 at many of our offices nationwide
Consid’s trainee program starts in August 2023. The program lasts for 1.5 years on a full-time basis, and for the upcoming program, you can apply to the following locations: Borås, Gothenburg, Helsingborg, Linköping, Lund, Malmö, Norrköping, Stockholm, Sundsvall, Trollhättan, and Uppsala.
You will be employed full-time as any other colleague with a competitive salary and all the benefits that come with being a trainee at Consid. The program is divided into three main blocks. All courses in the program include both theoretical and practical elements and are tailored by our experienced experts and trainers.
The application for the autumn program is open until June 30, 2023.
Breadth and depth
You will gain a broad foundation while also having the opportunity to individually focus on specific areas according to your ambitions, preferences, and market needs. Once the program is completed, you will be a specialist in your chosen area through various certifications, primarily within different branches of software development.
Client assignments throughout the program
Throughout the journey, you will work on exciting client projects and be responsible for important tasks and deliverables. This is a fantastic way to build up your CV!
Mentorship – a central part
Strong mentorship is one of the key forms of competence development and networking and is an important pillar in the foundation of the entire trainee program. All trainees are assigned a highly competent mentor from day one until the end of Consid Next Level Academy.
