Hamburg is our gateway to the German market—a dynamic but highly competitive environment. Over the next few years, our goal is to expand across all regions of Germany and grow organically from our current 40 employees to approximately 500.
Hire a Swede – Winning with Scandinavian Expertise
With the “Hire a Swede” narrative, we secured “Preferred Supplier” status at Otto Group as part of a large nearshoring tender. Our pitch—offering surprisingly affordable Scandinavian digital expertise and business culture (due to the historically weak SEK)—convinced the client. This certainly took some of our market competitors in Germany by surprise.
