How do you code with accessibility in mind? This course is aimed at developers who want to learn about digital accessibility and how that affects the coding process. Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) is a set of guidelines for creating and maintaining accessibility in websites. Our goal is to provide participants of this course with an understanding of the laws and guidelines that apply to accessibility, in theory and in practice.

Duration

One full day on site, or two half days online

Course type

This customizable course for closed groups can be held on-site or online.

Prerequisites

This course is designed for developers, testers and for those with general programming experience. Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript is necessary.
