About this course
This course offers a fundamental introduction to agile leadership and prepares you for the Professional Agile Leadership™ (PAL1) certification by Scrum.org.
We will combine theory with reflections and practical exercises to enable exploration of your personal leadership in everyday situations, and to develop your personal agile toolkit.

The certification exam mainly focuses on one’s leadership in relation to Scrum, and you will gain a solid foundation understanding different roles, meeting formats, and artifacts.
During the sessions, you and your colleagues will spend some time on discussing various leadership issues, as well as coaching one another.
