About the course
Agile development teams are benificial, but relying solely on agility may not be enough. In this certification preparatory course, we combine theory with best practice and discussions to provide participants with professional skills in scaling an organization using the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe®).
You will gain knowledge in the underlying agile principles and learn how to apply them on a program- and portfolio level to enable your organization to continuously deliver value to customers.

Participants in this course will learn the following:
- The principles of a Lean-Agile Mindset and becoming a great agile role model and Leader
- Understand the underlying principles and competencies for becoming an effective Lean-Agile organization
- Leading agile transformation and implementing SAFe® in an organization
- Aligning software development with business development
- Strategies for agile high-performance teams delivering a constant flow of value
- Creating Agile Release Train (ART) and delivering a constant flow of business value
- Managing dependencies between features and releases
- Scaling from agile team-level to program- and portfolio-level
- Identifying value streams and releasing value

This course is designed for Managers, Program- and Change management Leaders, Business- and Requirements Analysts, and other professionals involved in the pursuit of successful large-scale agile development.
SAFe® Agilist Certificate
Completing this course, will prepare you for the certification exam, and upon passing, you will receive the SAFe® Agilist Certificate (SA).
Course material
Course material in English. The course is conducted by a certified instructor (SAFe® SPC) who will share their real-world experiences in agile methodologies and agile transformations from Swedish organizations.
