About the course
In a world of constantly evolving customer needs and expectations for rapid market feedback, Scrum is the leading framework for managing software development. Scrum is also utilized for developing hardware, embedded software, interactive network functionalities, autonomous vehicles, schools, governments, marketing, business operations management, and much more.
This course will provide you with an understanding of Scrum roles, Events, and Artifacts, as well as how the underlying Scrum values support the agile way of working. Our approach during this course will prepare you for the Scrum Master role and teaches you to independently work on advancing Scrum in your organization. You will gain new knowledge and learn how to develop ways of working to find answers to the questions you will encounter in your daily work.

Prerequisites
The course is appropriate for practitioner who recently entered the Scrum Master role, practitioners that are interested in starting a career as a Scrum Master, or for those who work closely with Scrum teams (such as Architects, Line Managers, or Project Managers) and want to gain a clearer understanding of what Scrum entails and how to support the teams in their work.

After this course you will be prepared for the Professional Scrum Master (PSM 1) certification through scrum.org
