About the course
Change is inevitable and a constant reality. It’s the key factor in achieving business goals and succeeding in the implementation of new processes, systems, and organizations.
This course offers valuable insights into managing challenging situations that may arise when transformation is undertaken. Our approach is to give a foundation for the basis of Change Management, insights of theories we will explore the typical timeline of change – before, during, and after change, as well as the differences between managing change in an agile environment versus traditional approaches. The course combines theory with practical exercises and group discussions.
